Shipping and Handling Policy

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY

Medical Weight Loss Centers of America is a Colorado based company. We are real people, treating real patients. We are not your normal internet business. We operate Monday through Friday 9am  to 5pm mountain time. We do not work holidays or weekends.

ORDERING PROCESS

Once you place an order, it must complete processing before being shipped to your address. Our injections are made to order and a prescription is filled out by one of our providers. This process can take anywhere between 4 to 10 business days to complete.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be e-mailed a tracking number. Please note, that your order will say ‘Processing‘ until the pharmacy ships your order. Once the pharmacy ships your order, your order will say ‘Complete‘. Please limit calls and emails about the status of your order to help speed up this process. You will be notified by one of our providers if there is a problem with your order. 

The 4-10 processing time is due to the following reasons.

• Your order is checked and a prescription by our doctor is hand-written.
• The pharmacy receives the prescription, and your injection is made.
• Once complete, your injection is double-checked for quality assurance.
• Your order is packaged and then sent out for shipping. Once it has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking information.

Order processing can take anywhere from 4 to 10 business days to complete. All orders are shipped via Fedex for a rate of $10.

Methylcobalamin must be shipped 2 Day Air for a rate of $20. Methylcobalamin needs to stay on a cold pack during shipping.

*All injections must be refrigerated once opened*
