Why Blood Testing Matters for Women’s BHRT

Women’s hormonal and metabolic systems are interconnected. Testing provides crucial insight into:

  • Mood fluctuations

  • Fatigue and energy levels

  • Sleep quality

  • Libido and sexual wellness

  • Menstrual irregularities

  • Perimenopause and menopause status

  • Weight changes or slowed metabolism

  • Brain fog or cognitive decline

  • Skin, hair, and collagen changes

Proper blood testing ensures BHRT is safe, effective, and personalized to each patient.

Who This Program Is For

This testing is recommended for women experiencing:

  • Perimenopause or menopause symptoms

  • Fatigue, irritability, or mood changes

  • Hot flashes or night sweats

  • Irregular cycles

  • Low libido

  • Brain fog or decreased mental clarity

  • Weight gain or slowed metabolism

  • Poor sleep or disrupted recovery

  • Hair thinning or aging skin concerns

If you’re considering BHRT or already on a therapy plan, accurate lab testing is essential.

What You Can Expect After Testing

Your provider will give you:

  • A clear explanation of your results

  • A breakdown of how hormonal patterns relate to your symptoms

  • Guidance on BHRT, dosing, or modifications

  • Recommendations for next steps in your wellness plan

This ensures a medically sound, fully personalized approach.

What’s Not Included

  • Specialty labs outside standard prescribing guidelines

  • Hormone therapy, peptides, or medications (purchased separately)

  • Additional diagnostic testing upon patient request

We provide transparent expectations with no hidden fees.
