We require an affordable membership fee which helps us offer services that aren’t available through traditional doctors offices, such as mobile and online communication with our team of medical professionals and other services. This fee covers your initial online consultation with the provider through secure HIPAA compliant video software designed for telemedicine treatments.

Annual Membership Fee is $50.00 per year. (Can create different tiers of membership services)
